Curbed LA reported "Old Pasadena Expanding, Consuming Everything in Its Path" - about the new development on the Parson site. It is a massive one-million-square-foot mixed-use project that should liven up the neighborhood. "Nicknamed 100 West Walnut, the development is supposed to bring "2,100 new jobs, $1 million a year in general fund revenue, $15 million in transportation improvements and $250 million in wages," says a rep for developer Lincoln Property Company."

San Diego County NCTD

There was a valuable event at the North County Transit District yesterday. It was an opportunity to meet qualified DBA firms and check in with San Diego contacts (UC San Diego, San Diego USD, and the County of San Diego). It was very informative. We learned a lot about future projects. Thanks to NCTD for hosting this event. http://www.gonctd.com/

The location, in partnership with Citrus Valley, is designed to help those who can’t afford health care, or who can’t afford co-pays, get health care outside of the nearby emergency center.
