JOB CAPTAIN
SWA Architects, a healthcare design architectural firm based in Pasadena, is seeking an Architectural Job Captain with minimum of 5 years of experience.
Applicant should have experience in the following:
• Knowledge and experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Knowledge of state and local building codes including accessibility and OSHPD
• Computer savvy with skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit
• Effective verbal communication and presentation techniques
• Ability to collaborate with team members
• Experience in the Healthcare market a plus
Credentials:
• Bachelor of Architecture a must
• Architectural license is desirable
• LEED accreditation is desirable
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
SWA Architects, a healthcare design architectural firm based in Pasadena, California is seeking Project Manager with minimum of 15 years of experience with healthcare projects.
Applicant should have experience in the following:
• Knowledge and experience in all phases of architectural projects
• In depth construction document preparation and coordination experience
• Construction administration experience
• Knowledge of state and local building codes including accessibility and OSHPD
• Experience working with clients and leading teams
• Effective verbal communication and presentation techniques
• Computer savvy with skills in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD, and Revit
Credentials:
• Architectural license is desirable
• LEED accreditation is desirable
• Bachelor of Architecture a must
